Responsible remote developersOne year ago my company needed to develop a new app. But we don't have needed expertise in it. So that's why we decided to take outsourcing developers. It was our first experience. We were little bit afraid of how remote developers would integrate our inhouse team. But there was no problem at all. The remote developer made a visit to our company to get acquainted with all the process faster.
A year passed and we only increase the team of remote devs.
