Talented company to improve the UI of a complex applicationWe hired Catalyst UX to improve the usability and look-and-feel for a complex application that manages clinical trial data. They took the time to learn this specialized industry and the existing functionality, then worked with us to improve the navigation and overall user experience. We used the resulting workflow, screen layouts and CSS elements to initiate a major rewrite of the application, which took two and a half years. The results have been very positive, with both new and existing customers praising the new product, which has been on production release for over a year now.
