When Google Apps for Work (now G Suite) wanted to reach very small business owners, we surveyed them around the globe to understand their tech adoption, usage and future intent. We uncovered some universal truths. And built a campaign that led with the best-known G Suite product, Gmail. Messaging acknowledged that small business is personal. And if you go Google, it can become personalized. Online video, digital ads and customized landing pages demonstrated the personalization that Gmail offers.Client
