Project Overview
We’ve worked with Waitrose on a diverse range of briefs. Our challenge on this In-Store Communications project was to increase the clarity and cut-through of Waitrose’s in-store messaging, in order to enhance the shopper experience, better communicate Waitrose’s distinctive brand values and drive basket size.
We completely re-engineered the traditional approach, creating a clear messaging hierarchy throughout the shopper journey, zoning the store from a shopper’s perspective and delivering the right message, at the right time and in the right location. Our work formed a vision for Waitrose’s shopper experience for the next 5 years. The solution was tested in a pilot store and after achieving positive results was rolled our across the Waitrose retail estate.
