Project Overview
Partnering with a security and risk consultancy, our team ran a UX and UI consultancy project to improve, update and streamline the client's in-house document portal. Deploying research methods such as user shadowing, task centred workshops and crowdsourced feedback, our team developed a deep understanding of how users interacted with the platform, revealing multiple pain-points and bottlenecks. This research informed later rounds of product design updates, allowed the client to evolve a new line of business and position itself as the market leader within its sector.Client
