Project Description
The liquor space is cluttered and complex, and Brown-Forman’s venerable Jack Daniels needed a way to educate and inspire consumers in-aisle. In order to simplify the selection process, we created Brown-Forman’s first chatbot, “Straight from the Distillery”. Users could scan a code on in-store POS to engage with the “Whiskey Whisperer” for education and cocktail inspiration.
We created an extensive conversation hierarchy for all potential user paths, as well as a library of content and assets, including flavor profiles, recipes, pairings and more to feed the bot. The chatbot has delivered unprecedented numbers in new users, conversations held and duration of conversation. When it comes to whiskey there's just a lot to chat about.
