Project Overview
Smuckers wanted to introduce a limited edition extension to their Pup-peroni brand. As a BBQ-flavored offering, the original intent was to explore using a professional BBQ pitmaster for the program. After quick consumer research, we found most consumers didn't know a famous pitmaster and the personality wouldn't add to purchase intent or brand preference.
After a design exploratory, we ended up with a solution that leveraged the brand's dog equity while introducing new elements to promote the BBQ pit and distinct flavors.Client
