MEDL helped Marlee Matlin teach American Sign Language to a new generation of users. MEDL worked hand-in-hand with Academy Award-Winning Actress, Marlee Matlin to create the Marlee Signs app – enabling anyone to pick up, learn, and start using the fundamentals of ASL. Marlee Signs covers all the basics – from the signed alphabet and core vocabulary through to common everyday expressions. Lessons are broken down into singular high-quality video demos, performed by Marlee herself. The app also includes several useful tools, new lesson new packs available for in-app purchase, and a spell feature that shows how to spell any word in signs. Upon release, Marlee Signs garnered the attention and praise of several major news organizations, and was featured by Apple as a Top Education app.Client
