Project Description
Schema's second collaboration with the Center for American Politics and Public Policy at the University of Washington, Legislative Explorer Timeline examines patterns of lawmaking over time. Like its counterpart LegEx Process, Timeline compares bills and resolutions introduced by Senators and Representatives over the course of two-year Congressional terms. Instead of the steps of a legislative process, it uses a time series graph as the lens with which to view the data. Both LegEx Timeline and Process articulate the benefits of data-driven discovery to advance the understanding of complex processes.Client
