Pre-paid Legal Services (PPL) did just that in 2011. PPL decided their brand needed to be updated in a way that better reflected the quality of their product. With a combination of agency experience, qualitative and quantitative research and client interviews Beacon121 renamed PPL into LegalShield. With this new new name came an entire rebranding of their brand identity.
Additionally, we developed a television campaign to support their associates in key markets. During this time they experience an increase of 30% in membership signups.Client
