Project Description
The diverse and technical nature of LabCures meant identifying the critical information users will need to see on it’s global platform. Templating these essential features included TaxID, fields for business plans, and company trajectories. This also meant identifying principal users and their needs, donor tendencies, and available information on the platform could provide to them.
Planning, Strategy and Business Intelligence
The diverse and technical nature of LabCures meant identifying the critical information users will need to see on it’s global platform. Templating these essential features included TaxID, fields for business plans, and company trajectories. This also meant identifying principal users and their needs, donor tendencies, and available information on the platform could provide to them.
User Experience & Interface Design
Incorporating a sensible user experience meant allocating a great deal of space for Lab reps to post their own content. Principal Users were defined as donors, labs, and the admin (LabCures Representatives). The donors needed to effectively find the inputs for donations clearly, and the platform is designed around this. Labs who are posting information have the opportunity to provide lab location, staff, and real time funding status. In addition Labs were also to provide viewable partner profiles (contributors and donors can remain private).
Development
LabCures needed a subscription based eCommerce protocol. Users could donate one time or opt in for a recurring contribution to a lab of their choice. Secure donations and integrated tax regulatory compliances needed to be integrated during development. We pulled resources from similar API’s to ensure transparency and full compliance with US regulatory policy. Leaving room for changes to this policy was essential as it often changes based on state and federal initiatives and reform.Client
