John Hopkins University Press sought a website that incorporated [1] modern functionality and a [2] vibrant new brand, all while maintaining a connection to one of the most prestigious academic institutions in the world. They found that users weren’t experiencing consistency, their check-out process needed modernizing, and an uptick in online business due to COVID meant they had to strike now, while the iron was hot.
