Project Overview
Missouri was appointed by Foot Locker as their preferred pan-European retail design agency in March 2014. Our brief was to create a series of themed campaigns, both seasonal and brand-focused, to be rolled out across 650 European stores in 19 different countries.
Foot Locker chose Missouri as we demonstrated robust strategic thinking, a fresh approach to retail design and a real understanding of the consumer, the brand and the shopper journey. Not to mention the nimbleness and responsiveness of a creatively-led agency that moves as quickly as the world of lifestyle retail.
We’ve delivered a range of projects since then, including seasonal campaigns for the World Cup (Espírito do Brasil), back to school (Back to Black) and Autumn/Winter (Styled For The Elements), themed campaigns (The White Collection) and brand-specific campaigns for Timberland and New Balance.
As a result of the quality of our work, we were appointed to deliver a ‘Retail Re-design’ project which involved designing the end-to-end customer experience. The new concept has been tested in 2 stores in Holland and is now set for a pan-European rollout in 2015 with a complete set of communication and retail brand guidelines.
