Project Overview
The Fanta brand wanted to communicate on an authentic level with their target teen shoppers, but were struggling to find a way to reach them. In order to connect with teens, we had to develop an experience that would reach them organically in the media they were already using.
Leveraging the Facebook Messenger platform, we developed a chatbot that would interact with teens in a fun, humorous manner, engaging them in a conversation infused with subtle brand cues. While engaging with the bot, teens would get a question and answer sequence, ultimately leading them to a coupon download that would drive them to the stores to purchase the product.
This digital shopper experience achieved the goals of authentic communication and engagement, while also being transactional by driving teens back to the retailer.Client
