Tiger Balm needed a creative way to reach their target audience, expanding beyond their loyal base of active strivers. The brand tasked E29 with driving awareness amongst a new consumer segment, namely the natural remedy seekers, including those with physically demanding occupations -while still remaining relevant with active strivers.
To drive awareness amongst the new and existing targets, E29 needed to appeal to the target audience in an authentic and engaging way, with a focus on their lifestyle habits, leveraging influencers who:
Lead active lives through fitness
Prefer to live natural lifestyles, choose holistic products, and prioritizing health and wellness
