Project Overview
Madison Square Garden, A.K.A. the “World’s Most Famous Arena,” is also home to Delta’s “Gateway to MSG.” To showcase Delta’s prominence as the “World’s most Admired Airline,” Delta wanted to develop a captivating digital experience for all visitors to this iconic arena.
Utilizing the giant 4K resolution display, our idea was to create an ever-changing and relevant dashboard with a functioning custom content management system (CMS). It was designed to be fluid and flexible, giving Madison Square Garden and Delta complete control and optimization for anything they wanted to do in the future. Whether adding events, branded content, social feeds or travel info, everything MSG-related was right there—on the display—for all to view.
The dashboard allowed for pre-, post- and in-game moments of the Knicks, Rangers and Liberty. Stats and highlights would be displayed so visitors could get important info about their teams, right from Delta’s “gateway.”
In addition to highlights and content, Delta featured targeted messages for users to “Check-in” to the gateway for special promos. With MSG’s daily average of 35,000 visitors, the display became a digital showcase for people from all over the world.Client
