Using database analysis and modeling, we are able to identify and segment our clients' customers via their shopping behaviors and attitudes. We use these resources to offer targeted direct mail and email strategies based on shopping and spending habits, etc. This allows our clients the ability to mail customers' based on their likelihood to shop a particular store event etc. This increases customer response rate, sales lift, and average spend and allows us to offer detailed reporting metrics on a particular event year-over-year.Client
