Project Overview
Our main challenge was to create a user-friendly smart home mobile app that would be used by people within different age ranges and technical capabilities. The application allows for control of the most popular smart-home devices, including lights, switches, door locks, and thermostats. This requires the use of a smart home hub which control groups of devices and makes this app a complex system with many integration points. To make it robust and easily configurable, we added a smart home marketplace to allow for quick purchases of room-specific devices and chatbot technology for setting up products, automated tasks and getting assistance.Client
